Lockheed Martin Global, Inc. (“LMGI”) was incorporated, and exists under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, United States of America since 9 June 1975. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation, a highly diversified global enterprise principally engaged in the conception, research, design, development, manufacture and integration of advanced-technology products and services.

LMGI was created in 1975 as a legal vehicle to deliver Lockheed Martin products to customers outside of United States.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, LMGI has access to the full financial, logistical and manufacturing resources of its parent corporation. LMGI accesses Lockheed Martin resources through intercompany agreements, internal corporate policies, and procedures designed to provide consistent, coordinated support to customers outside of the United States. The use of LMGI as a contracting entity does not introduce a separate layer of bureaucracy for the execution of Lockheed Martin programs as LMGI interacts directly with the program management personnel to ensure seamless contract performance for our customers.

In most respects, Lockheed Martin exercises a decentralized management approach. Each of its operating companies, whether they are divisions or wholly-owned subsidiaries, has the primary responsibility for developing its own business base and performing its contracts. However, Corporate Management retains an ongoing interest in the status of individual programs and remains committed to supporting the success of any program whenever necessary. Additionally, cash management activities are centralized within Corporate Treasury through an electronic network.

LMGI provides products to customers in over thirty countries.

Ethics: The Essence of Our Business

The personal integrity of each of our employees and their commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional conduct requires more than simply complying with the laws, rules and regulations that govern our business.

We are a company that values teamwork, sets team goals, assumes collective accountability for actions, embraces diversity and promotes "full-spectrum" leaders - those who meet their performance objectives while also exhibiting the leadership behaviors we value.
